Elections to the M&P Board of Directors are held annually in June for those positions whose terms are ending. Any dues-paying M&P member having worked at least one year for the City in an M&P position at the time of election may run. Candidates for President must be a current or previous member of the M&P Board.
Vacancies within the M&P Board of Directors are filled by Board appointment, with the exception of the President (which would be filled by the Vice President, with the resulting vacancy then filled by appointment). Board appointments are solidified by majority vote of the current Board members. The same eligibility rules as elections apply to vacancies.
Current term: 2021 - 2023
Jon joined the Board by appointment in August 2021 and was elected by majority vote in 2022 to Vice President before assuming the President position later that year. Jon works for the City as an Office Manager with the Street Department.
Jenn was appointed to the Vice President position by unanimous board vote in February of 2023. Jenn is currently the Director of the City's Community, Housing, and Human Services Department

Dave joined the Board in 2013 and became President by Board appointment in 2017. In 2019, Dave was elected by majority membership vote to retain his position as President. Dave works as the City's Fire Protection Engineer.
Current term: 2021 - 2023
Cylas has been a member of the Board since 2013 and was re-elected by majority membership vote in 2021 to remain Treasurer. Cylas works for the City in the IT department as a Senior Systems Administrator.
Current term: 2022 - 2024
Molly joined the Board by appointment to the vacant Secretary position in 2022. She works for the City as a Plans Examiner in the Building Department.
Current term: 2021 - 2023
Dean joined the Board by appointment in 2018 and was elected to retain his Director position by majority membership vote in 2019. Dean works in the City's Developer Services Center as a Certified Professional Plan Examiner.
Current term: 2022 - 2024
Sam retained his Director position by majority membership vote in 2022, having joined the Board in January 2020 upon appointment. Sam is an Assistant City Attorney.
Current term: 2021 - 2023
Teri was elected to the Board by majority membership vote in 2021. Teri is a Principal Planner in Planning & Economic Development.
Current term: 2022 - 2024
Daniel was elected in 2022 after first joining the Board by appointment in 2021. Daniel works for the City in the CHHS department.
Current term: 2022 - 2024
Dave joined the Board by appointment in September 2022 and works as the Plant Manager at the City's Waste to Energy Facility.
Ryan was appointed by the Board in 2023. He works for the City in the Planning and Economic Development department.
