DESCRIPTION: As M&P prepares to negotiate our next contract, we are mindful that employees want to understand and have input in the process.  Therefore, we are opening this meeting to optional employee attendance.  This preliminary meeting will cover general discussion of how negotiations function.  Any/all M&P employees are welcome.  No specific contract proposals or considerations will be discussed and no City representatives will be in attendance.  This meeting will be informational only.
